- Work with operations to determine the optimum plan for each well.
- Develop plan for the successful and efficient implementation of each drilling program.
- Develop and manage work schedules for Directional Drillers.

Evaluate the quality of field services and submits reports as required.- Advise DD Product Line Manager of product requirements and operation job status.
- Support Directional Drillers in coordinating activities with MWD Field Operators.
- Oversee DD tools inventory and physical condition of tools.
- Perform other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
- Understand and ensure compliance with all TDS or external quality standards in area of responsibility.
- Promote, adhere to and enforce all TDS HSE policies and practices in area of responsibility.
- Conduct all business activities in accordance with TDS policies and procedures, TDS's Core Values and all applicable legal requirements.
- Provides expert training on all skills in work area.
- Works completely autonomously in working with other areas

Qualifications:
- 2 Year Technical Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Earth Sciences preferred.
- 3+ years as a Directional Driller.
- 1+ years Directional Coordinator experience preferred.
- High competency in using directional drilling software.
- Computer Skills – Hawkeye / Microsoft Office.
- Available to work at multiple sites for extended periods of time.
- Available to be on-call 24 hours a day seven days per week.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Outstanding math skills, including algebra and trigonometry.
- Expert in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
