DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

Driving sales to the store with your excellent customer service and broad knowledge of products – highest level of support and advice to customers

A superb communicator, polite telephone manner and professional tone of voice.

Quick thinker who is highly observant and who can remain composed when juggling a handful of enquiries at once.

Go getter that can work well under pressure, handle stress and must be deadline driven.

Excellent typing and writing skills to provide customer support on online chats, emails and other social platforms.

Maintain sound relationships with existing customers

Up-sale; advising customers on and selling new value-adding products that could enhance their businesses.

Ensure that customers are satisfied with service provided, and report problems through relevant channels

Manage customer complaints and ensure effective resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements
Excellent Computer Literacy and Tech Savvy

Matric or equivalent qualification

Own transport to work and home
