What are my responsibilities?
- Support for rolling forecast process and budget planning, ensure timely delivery of required information. Perform variance analysis FC vs. actual, work out counter measures to improve forecast quality monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Ensure accurate, integrated and timely financial reports in accordance with IFRS / Siemens reporting guideline.
- Monitor business performance of all businesses across factory. Be able to perform variance result analysis via digital tools, deep dive into details and communicate results in a good manner.
- Drive further digitalization initiatives to increase reporting efficiency and gain additional insights into overall business performance and drive executive communication/ decision making.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Passion for Finance and Technics, digital work.
- Strong logical thinking and details oriented
- You score with a controlling and financial knowledge which you have proven with your 1~3 years working experience in accounting/controlling/audit, preferably in big 4 or a multi-national manufacturing factory.
- Knowledge of SAP (SD/MM/FI/CO)
- This position will also be responsible for financial digitalization task, experience in digital tool is preferred. (Power BI, Qlik Sense, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
