The Production Operator will be responsible for operating, maintaining equipment and ensuring quality of process and product are maintained. To ensure that safety standards and procedures and followed at all times. Responsibilities: - To setup & operate equipment for the production process to ensure customers receive quality products, in full & on time. Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing. Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition. Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions, and repairs. Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality. Work under the guidance of Line leader to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner. Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements. Operate mobile equipment and industrial machines Always follow safety procedures and company policies as well as recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety. Identify and report unsafe operations to Line Leader immediately. Maintain the work area clean, safe, and organized.
